01 / Time together
Spending time together reveals what scheduled calls can miss. When possible, I come to you early in the engagement to experience your daily life and better understand your relationships, responsibilities, and what you’re carrying. We arrange in-person time around what serves the work.
02 / Personal support
Through video conversations and personal check-ins, we connect what we’re discovering to what’s happening in your life. That may include daily Marco Polo updates, prayer, reflection, or specific exercises. I’ll challenge you where needed and support you as you begin acting on what you see.
03 / Your path forward
We finish the month with a written blueprint: the patterns we’ve identified, the changes that matter most, and concrete steps toward growth and peace. It addresses the areas your life calls for, including faith, identity, marriage, relationships, and leadership.

My strength is making sense of complex, tangled situations. I stay with the complexity long enough to recognize the underlying pattern, distill what matters into clear, actionable truth, and help you move forward.
That ability has also been shaped by my own life. I’ve had to confront patterns I couldn’t initially see, question beliefs I relied on, and take responsibility for changing. My relationship with God has been central to that process, and it shapes how I work with other men.
